If you think your TideBit account has been compromised
Your Tidebit account might be compromised if you notice unfamiliar activity on your TideBit account. For example, you receive an email notifying your Tidebit account was used to sign in to a device you don’t recognize or did not sign in to recently.
If you received an email that you’re not sure is valid or you think might be phishing, we sincerely recommend you to reset your password and enable “Login with 2fa” on “Setting” to ensure your safety.
Steps to enable “Login with 2fa”
Step 1: “Menu” > “Setting”
Step 2: “Login Security” > tick “Login with 2fa”
Step 3: You will access “Authentication Verify”, which requires Google authentication and SMS authentication, in the future when you log in to Tidebit.
Please provide us with your identity proof and address proof via firstname.lastname@example.org if you have changed your mobile device/contact number, for reset your Google authenticator verification and SMS verification.
