You are not logging in tidebit but receive the login success notification email. Because if you use the same email address with a same password for login to many different websites on the world wide web, it will attract phishing activities.
We strongly suggest you to change your password and switch on the "Login with 2fa" function on the "settings" page.
Please follow the steps below to enable "Login with 2fa":

Figure 2：Please select “Login with 2fa” in “Login Security” box .
Figure 3: When you login TideBit again, you will meet the “Authentication Verify” page. Please fill in the Google authentication or SMS authentication.
Note:If you have lost or replaced your phone / mobile number, you can e-mail your proof of identity and address proof to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will help you reset Google authenticator verification / SMS verification. Thank you.
