We recommend that you use Google Authenticator to do 2FA authentication instead of SMS authentication.
Steps:
1.Send Email with required files to TideBit official customer service Email: hello@tidebit.com to apply for resetting 2FA authentication.
Files required: account holder’s valid proof of identity/address proof (requirement: https://tidebit.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008853794--Support-What-s-a-valid-proof-of-identity-address-proof- )
Note: This email must be sent by TideBit registered Email.
2.After receiving the email replied by us, please go to the “Settings” page and use Google Authenticator for 2FA authentication.
Note: please download and install the Google Authenticator app on your phone first.
