貴公司是否已結業??? 關於認証進度1月初至今多次查詢均無回覆, 看到其他人留言發現不止我一人遇到這問題.........

  I think they're too busy to attend to customer service issues and update their UX.

  This company needs better customer service guidance. The tech is good, the sales and UX side is weak.
