Identity Verification is taking too long (more than 2 weeks)

Hi, 

I have submitted all the ID verification documents for more than 2 weeks but I haven't heard anything from you yet.  Please follow up and let me know the status.  There is no way for me to track the status.

  It seems asking on FB has more success . My account is not yet verified yet either.
  This forum is dead. Ask over there.near insta reply to tell you to wait.
