TideBit自營運之初就施行全面且嚴格的KYC和AML安全審查措施，每位用戶都必須接受KYC（Know your customer）的身份驗證。我們拒絕身份信息，聯絡信息不完整，無法提供合法證件（身分證明和住址證明）的客戶開戶，並且在出現可疑用戶時立即凍結其帳戶以保護平台的潛在安全。我們以穩健合規的框架確保符合國際水平的監管要求，達致一定水平的信任。

Due to the statement on regulatory framework for virtual asset trading platform issued by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), TideBit is actively studying the statement and considering how to offer users a more secure and reliable trading environment.
TideBit insists on a comprehensive and strict KYC (Know-Your-Customer) and AML (Anti Money Laundering) compliance framework. We rejects customers who offers incomplete identity information, contact information in the authentication steps. when suspicious users appear, we immediately freeze their accounts to avoid potential risk. Our AML and KYC policies differ depending on the country of origin of which our clients are located and furthermore recorded through the registration process. Our robust compliance framework ensures that regulatory requirements are being adhered to at both a local and global level, providing the highest levels of trust and ensuring continues to operate reliably for the long term.
On the technology aspect, TideBit uses state-of-the-art security measures and is designed by world class security experts with in-built robust surveillance system to monitor suspicious activity 24/7. We fully encrypting users stored information and securing digital assets with cold wallets and private key hot wallets, the distributed and multi-ledger system architectures and professional, close surveillance system is implemented to from malicious attack and injection as well as data threats.
Face thousands kind of crypto assets, TideBit only selects a few valuable crypto assets to list on our platform.
