Usd duplicate deposit charge ??

My request was deleted by you , I have replied to your staff to ask the jpy bank to refund the remit fee of 2% because I have already paid both local and overseas fee from my bank . Can you give me a reply wether you can do that ? I have contact my local bank they confirmed it’s your jpy bank mistake
