Transferred XPA from MyEtherWallet to Tidebit but still no XPA?

Hi just did a transfer of XPA tokens from MEW to Tidebit. It has been couple of hours and still no MEW. The EtherScan TX record shows success in transfer (TX record: 0xea0d1f684199311e9337985e5b84778c2f82a9981866ec5cdeb4885deb6f17ff). Please help look into this.
