Your tech is strong, but you fail in some key areas which will prevent many retail customers using your system.
1. Your UX has many issues, from grammatical errors to confusing flow and layout.
2. General Design and Layout issues.
3. Unprofessional and possibly overwhelmed customer service. This is a customer focused business, you're selling a service, you must change your "it's okay la" mentality to compete internationally.
You have the fundamentals and obviously some clever programmers on the fintech side but as a customer facing product you need to up your game, substantially ! Even your logo is weak ...
I strongly urge you to bring on a director with ecom / retail / customer service know-how.
